Welcome to our Location House Ascot, tucked away behind white electric gates on a quiet road, just a mile from Ascot’s high street. With room for up to seven vehicles, you’ll have no trouble parking. 

Conveniently close to both Longcross and Shepperton studios, Location House Ascot is a mere 24 miles from W1, making it an ideal location for filming and photo shoots. 

Should you need it, the house can be rented out vacant, giving you the freedom to tailor the space to your needs. 

At the property, you find a range of charming features including its American style exterior. 

Outside the house itself, there’s a spacious wooden barn, a one-bedroom ground floor cottage with its own kitchen and living space. There is a cottage style front garden and large back garden with a garden room equipped with a gym. 

The front door opens into a grand dining hall that leads through to a spacious kitchen with large island, banquet seating and comfy sitting area. 

For more formal filming, there is another sitting room with media wall and French doors that lead out onto the patio area. 

There is an easy accessible utility room and downstairs loo. 

Heading upstairs via the grand staircase, you’ll find a long landing leading to four bedrooms and four bathrooms. One bedroom has French doors opening onto a balcony with views of the front garden. 

One of the two bathrooms has a freestanding tub overlooking the balcony and the other features retro tiles.
